Caroline Wojcik
Former Research Associate & Executive Associate
Based in Silicon Valley, Caroline joined Peggy in late 2019. She brings over fifteen years’ experience in administration, management and cross-cultural project coordination. She most recently contributed research of methods to safely reopen preschools and the push for early child care workers to be included in Tier 1B for the COVID-19 vaccine in California.
As a Brazilian immigrant, she recognizes the importance of diverse representation within all facets of education, and as a parent of two young children, Caroline appreciates the difficulties and concerns of quality childcare. Both of her children attend a parent participation school where she has an opportunity to work with them while contributing directly to the classroom. She understands the inherent value quality educators and institutions bring to fueling lifelong learners.
While pursuing a degree in Neuroscience, Caroline assisted in research studies on the neuroanatomy of Autism and remains passionate about education and research. Caroline was recently accepted as a Masters of Public Health candidate at the University of Nevada, Reno where she plans to utilize her passion for equitable mental health services and trauma-informed care to further contribute to community engagement to promote positive health outcomes for individuals and families.
